Thumbs down ****ed off a nomad

About 45 min ago I had a visit from a member of the nomads M/C, apparently I take off from my drive way to loudly, and scare his kids, they have moved in about 3 weeks ago, 6 houses down from Broadmeadows to Surrey Hills!
He told me that my extractors were to loud, I told him that I've only got a cat back system and he looked at me as if he had no idea what I was on about so I had to tell him the headers were stock.
He's a big guy and basically threatened me with a "we look after owe own and our problems", I told him to report me to the EPA or the cops and his reply was “we don't deal with the pigs and this is your one and only warning”.
He made it a point to wear his "NOMADS M/C" jumper and mention it at least 3 to 4 times that this is my only warning, I told him that I'm sorry for scaring his kids, and he instantly said "what me kids have been through is nun of your business!" he then pointed hi finger at me and said "take a different way out of the street, you've been warned" and then left.

Make sure that you report his visit to the local police. Make sure that a written report is made. Then put your head between your knees and....... you know the rest.

What is a Nomad?

Should have told him to go forth and multiply.

Tell him to get farked. Report it to the police so they know about him. That way if something happens then you have a backup story to support your claim.

I got a new pipe on my SV650, Ill come around early and wake people up if it helps :P

Like Outback said. Its a should do and the information will be entered onto their information database.

My facists male mucho side would have put the arrogant swine down for the count, problem then is his dental bills, and his boyfriends would later visit.

Regardless, for SOME REASON, right or wrong -he does not like how you depart your residence and you've come under notice for that.

IF you are noisy or a cowboy, just don't be, or you will wear it.

Do you live alone?

few years back i was trying to drive up the hume hwy, campbellfield, there were two nomads in my lane infront of me, doing 40km/h on purpose to **** me and everyone off.. then one went to the middle lane to stop that lane of traffic too.. they're just a bunch of tools. Like most mid life crisis bike clubs.

Regardless the guy sounds like a dick. You just can't reason with those people.

I would call the cops to make note of the incident even if they might of been empty threats.

Just report it to the police ASAP and try to stay out of his way. The risk is that it is may not even be your car that is frightening his kids but he will blame you anyway and something will happen to your car and/or you.

In the longer term think about moving to a bikie free suburb.

Jeez his kids must be little wimps to be scared of a car taking off down the street, there would no doubt be much louder things happening than a GT with a catback zorst, like his harley for example

Probably more scared because he belts them when they ask him to play barbie and ken outside. He seem to hint that his kids may of been subject to some harsh stuff, I bet only due to his activities or contacts

Seriously though, this is not a problem you need to feed. BJ gave some good advice, to be honest, if I were in the same situation I would motor in and out of my street in a low key manner. I'd make a point of driving past his place and give him a wave every other time as you go by.

Odd's are he'll wave back after a few trips.

What does it matter? You could bet your house that their bike is louder! :

Mate that sucks. I cannot stand morons like that who think they own the streets. No point getting into a fight with him, he sounds like the type to belt you one while you sleep. Just give him a wide berth and leave him alone. Make a formal statement and let the fuzz deal with him. Far less trouble for you and anyone else in your house.
Good luck mate

Did you try the "Im a AFF member and we look after our own too" :yeees: *jk*

Seriously though...
Just go about your normal routine.
Obviously just putt past his place and dont make any agressive moves.

If he tries the stand over tactic again, call out the boys in blue and take out a AVO against him and his club, if possible. They are very easy to get these days ;)
Im sure the police would keep tabs on people like this. Is probly partly why he's moved into your street.

If you have any policemen friends, ask them to stop in occasionally in the "company car" might be a good deterant.
