From CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Corporation) these various car and roads audio/video files, interviews, historical radio safety advertisments and so on.
The link takes you to an Interview between CBC and a Dutch traffic engineer, Hans Monderman - on the removal of STOP signs and traffic control devices from villages and larger locales in the Netherlands back in 2004.
