Default And I thought Holden drivers were bad

BUT I came across a pill in a Falcon tonight and he came within 6 inches of wiping the side of the new BF out - what is it with new cars do they have a badge to say HIT ME IM NEW
It was on the Anzac Ave off ramp from the Bruce hwy at Mango Hill
I was just driving along Anzac Ave minding my own business when this "person" came off the off ramp and then proceeded to boot it across 3 lanes in one hit to get infront of other cars but the only problem was I was in the 3rd lane and lucky there was a forth lane that goes back onto the hwy and there was no one in there I had to take evasive action or I would of had into my passenger door a Monsoon Blue AU Falcon with a rebel rear bar
Not only do you have to look out the the normal HOLDEN drivers but a FORDY should have more respect for the car next to them
I wonder if this person is on AFF

You have to look out for every type of drivers. Idiot drivers don't discriminate. They don't want to hit you as much as you don't want to be hit. Well that goes for sane people anyways.

Yeah, there are crazy drivers everywhere. I generally don't have many problems with holden drivers in particular...

Bad driving definately is not restricted to either Holden or Ford.
There are some shockers around here in both brands.
For some reason, they can't seem to keep off my bumper!

Cheers

About the only thing that will stop me from strangling them if they run into me is if they're hot.

Yeah my car might be bent up and I could be injured but if I can pick up why not? :P You get their phone number too!

I think it was Alan Moffatt who said '10% of the drivers on the road are legally blind, so when the person who ran into you says they did'nt see you, they mean it'

Have to agree with this thread. There is a Guy works near me who has a silver GTP, I work on Nomanby Rd, South Melbourne. Had to round me up using a tank of juice to get on the Westgate Fwy a nano second in front of me, cut me of, almost ended up under a semi trailor then and almost ran up the **** of a low loader semi. There was enough room for one car, I had to go into the emergency lane. Twenty mins later I passed him, pulled over reading his melways near Sunbury. He wont find the after life in there, lol.

I just leave plenty of space arround me and watch everyone else like a hawk. Didnt see this GTP coming though.

If the guy is on this forum I will just let you actions speak.

Mercedes and Volvo drivers are the worst. Mercedes are selfish and never let anyone in, and think they have a god given right to do what they want. Volvos are slow, sit in the wrong lane, dont indicate, they live up to their name in every way.

Years ago, I was still driving my KF Laser. There was bumper to bumper traffic and my lane ended so I had to merge. Bloke in a Mercedes of some sort refused to let me merge. Traffic would have been going 25km start/stop. I couldnt give a stuff and basically threw my car in there as soon as there was a gap in front of him.

Some drivers out there need to realise that letting one car in front of you doesnt cause the planet to spontaniously combust.

Was on Kings Way city bound on the bike next to a P plater in a 2door Lancer chatting away on her phone. She must have suddenly realised her lane was left turn only and she wanted straight cause she starts to move into mine. I was right next to her, level with her driver's door, hit the horn, but she still keeps merging & still chatting.
I realise she is on a mission to change lanes and a bike ain't gonna stop her so I hit the brakes hard and miss by about 9/10ths of 4/5ths of stuff all.
Next set of lights I lane split and pull up next to her. She's still on the phone and totally oblivious to my presence.
Think one day I'll strap a camera to my helmet, and shame all such morons on youtube.

You should have tapped on her window and let her have a mouthful. I've done that. These idiots need to be educated.

About a year ago I would drive to penrith and back for uni. 100km round trip a day. You found some pretty crazy drivers on the road. To many to mention but one of the things i always found funny was watching 2 people on the outside lanes both trying to merge into the middle lane. You could see them getting closer and closer to each other then they would check there blind spots again and see theo ther car and sweve back into the other lane. Was always fun to see how close they would get. Never hit though.

try driving in Hervey Bay,
especially near 4x4's at roundabouts, the real eye opener is these old fools who cant hear or see properly handing the QLD Transport person there doctor's report saying they are fine for another few years, some have to ask the officer to repeat as they cant hear the questions,or while waiting to be served they cant see the brochers unless they hold them up close.
you just know you are going to drive around them sooner or later on your bike if your not hit by them in the process.
very scary watching them hobble out the door.

another scary thing is towing a tandem trailer up along the roads in the Glass House Mountains North of Brisbane and seeing a few on bikes you just know are not long for this Earth, nearly every bike rider went past pushing it a bit but two went past very quick, one in particular while we were changing trailer flat ,i heard him coming a few seconds before he came over the crest of hill about 400 yards from us and he was well into the 200kmh plus zone half way down the hill, ive ridden bikes all my life and that Ducati(i think) or some other big VTwin (too fast to tell)was roaring , my mate shook his head and said he wont make it, by the time we turned around to watch him go he was already gone half way around bend which was another 200 yards away laying it right over on the white line,i was sure we would come across an ambulance but somehow he must of made it, i love going hard on my bikes but this goose must have been up around the 250kmh mark going past us.and we took several of those bends with the trailer right on the line, even over it on some spots, some of these idiots just dont think about maybe someone around the next bend might be going out their drive way, or truck or trailer over the line.
