Hahaha! I have a video that I shot of one of these in a Tokyo hotel room a couple of years ago.....If I put my foot on the seat (to fool said pile cleanser into thinking that I was sitting) and activated it, I was amazed to discover that the jet of water crossed the whole bathroom with ease!
Basically, a little spout appears from the bottom of the recepticle and spouts forth a jet of luke warm comfort.....horrific idea, the french love them :
