Default Commodore Mule Spotted

Just spotted 2 VZ commodore test mules driving down Burwood hwy, Ferntree Gully. Both black, no badges but appeared to have VE running gear, really buldged guards, VE wheels, quad exhausts and what looked like C pillar drivers side fuel filler. (sorry no pics)

Where have you been since you joined back in April?

The many VE threads which have popped up have been dominating The Pub since probably before April!

I did do a search but could'nt find any pics or info on a VZ with VE running gear. I've seen all the pics of VE's, just thought you might be interested.
Sorry all.

Sorry all.
How could you tell it had VE running gear? Wouldn't that have been somewhat difficult to conclude? And I thought VZ/VE drivetrain was meant to be very similar, hence the new 3.6 Alloytec and the LS2?

Considering your post is actually different to the scores of VE threads out there, no need to be sorry mate ;)

Interesting you say that, I saw two black (NEW) Commodores on Burwood Hwy a month or two ago with big black wheels, quad exhausts etc but thought nothing of it because they were so similar to the VZ shape - and they weren't just cruising buddies either :

It's odd to see development mules at this stage of the process. Perhaps is was a HSV product or something.

I find search on this forum, very un helpfull... when I type say "ford online catalog" or "ford catalog" I get 10000 different threads, so obviously its mentioned somewhere in the thread but does not help me much. just my opinion.

another thing, would it be a good idea to nuke posts older that XYZ days old, or perhaps not answered for XYZ days... I'll suggest it in the approapriate thread.. see if I get shouted at ;)

Well, running him out of town would mean getting up and running no? We also have pics in one of the countless VE threads OF the VZ with VE running gear. Someone on the forums saw it on the Monash freeway.
