Default Burning VCDs

I need to burn a 95 min clip to vcds. Is there a quick way or program that will cut the clip for burning?

What format is it in? AVI? WMV? DivX? MPEG?

Nero Burning ROM will do it I think. Just do a search on the net. Maybe also a program such as VirtualDub.

Been a while since I did this kinda thing...

I gather you want to be able to view it on a DVD player?

I'm 99% sure that Virtual Dub is what the Maddestman uses and it works brilliantly. Although a little time consuming on slower computers.

There are lot's of other programmes out there, have a quick look around on Google and I'm sure you'll find plenty of different proggies.
