Anyone with a CAMS (or as they're called now) Motorsport Australia licence can access their portal and complete the online courses. Takes about an hour each, costs nothing and you can print out the certificate at the end. Did my Circuit racing accreditation this arvo, Rally and Off Road units next. Hell I might even do all of the marshalls and officials ones too.

If you are a Mustang enthusiast, you can download over 145 issues of "Stang magazine" absolutely free.
Stang Magazine has no ads, no sales pitches, and no bogus "fillers" to eat up space. It's a free magazine, easy to access, and nothing but focused on Mustang pictures and content. Written by Mustang owners for Mustang owners. stangmagazine |

Still working.
Just started cladding an external chimney wall, wear riggers gloves all day and don't work with anyone or come into contact with others doing this. Just spent most of the day hand picking granite for the job, 4 loads, hand loaded and unloaded @ 2.5ton ea I delivered so around 20tons of stone personally handled. Yikes, who needs a gym. ! buggered. Glenrowan Quarry is open (with strict controls) as they supply road and rail building projects, practically had the pit to myself. Heap of trucks came and went this morning loading gravel and ballast stone down at the stockpiles. Due to picking, I'm the only one allowed to exist the truck cab whilst in the pit. Internet wise check in on the "Bus grease Monkey" , "Dangar Marine" and Watch Wes work on youtube when I knock off for the day.

Early Bathurst! Just got to get your head around watching actual pro racers competing on simulators. Live and Free streaming to your home. F1 are doing it already, Supercars coming up with a series also I believe. Clever use of technology in the current crisis.

Bad obsession motorsport - project binky (putting an awd drive celica engine and drive train into a mini)
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCHv...B7NyU5tIiEZHBg Coldwar motors - crazy canucks doing weird things (mainly to pre 1960s cars, usually chryslers, but some Ford and GM). Lots of good fabrication and panel and paint work done but most mechanical work is shade tree/bush mechanic stuff. The latest car a member bought is a Lincoln continental mk2, but there's been model T ford, vans, citroens, buick straight 8s). Beers, smokes and classic cars. https://www.youtube.com/user/coldwarmotors/videos Skid factory- everyone probably knows that though. If you are really on lock down there's that guy making a clock or something - clickspring https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCwo...Sx6R6-BnIjS2MA Last edited by oldel; 25-03-2020 at 02:52 AM. |
