Given the news received today about the demise of Aussie made Fords, I thought it would be a great idea if we posted up our favorite photos of Aussie made Fords that you may have taken yourself, or have come across over the years.
Think of this thread as a good way to reminisce about the good times! The ultimate "Show us ya..." thread, if you will! I'll start! Beware, this post will have a disturbing amount if Narooma blue XR8 content.... Father French The king of them all... I have TONNES more and I will post them up over time, but in the meantime, show us what ya got!

It may be pencilled in for manufacturing to be ceased in 2016, but Aussie Fords WILL live on well & truly after that date.

It is really ashame to see Australian car manufacturing go down the drain like many other industries in this country.
Ford Australia have built some great cars, even taken models original designed overseas & showed the world how its done , (the Falcon is a good example of that) We all know of the big cars that Ford Aus built, here are a few small fords that were built here First my Aussie made Corty, The Legendary Cortina GT500 Cortina Mk2 Pannel Van Escort Sundowner Escorts TF Cortina The Turbo Laser |

That is very true. Think about all the passionate fans of some of the out of production Australian vehicles, like the Torana, Valiant for example. Unlike both of the two, Falcon has had over 50 years production. So there's no reason why passionate Falcon fans won't be around forever.

The last of the Wagons, the b series, and one could say the last great falcons with a range that consisted of all the great nameplates, body shapes, and hero cars.

A few pics from a mate. AFD Sydney 2012. Probably not the best photo's, but nearly every Ford you see in these pics (except for the Mustangs etc) is an Aussie made FORD

Almost at 200,000km and still going strong, still love the turbo rush, still not thinking of selling it.
