What a great question. Made me realize a trip to Melbourne is a case of 'how many petrol head activities can I see and do' to which the answer is... heaps.
But Sydney is a desert when it comes to easily accessible places to go. Happy to be contradicted by locals. All roads lead to Deus when I head there. pretentious but worth a look. http://au.deuscustoms.com/location/t...ple-pleasures/ Dare Jennings who used to own Mambo now runs Deus and makes bikes. Their shop in Camperdown has good coffee, food, lots of art and design and out the back they build motorcycles... Old skool. Being on Parramatta Rd it's easily got to. There'll be traffic but at least you avoid the tolls.

Ford stuff...car stuff...uhm, there's usually car meets on Friday nights and maybe Saturday nights in Liverpool, around the Krispy Kreme and that complex there. Theres Pizza With Muscle out in Kurnell south Syd, pizza isnt tooo bad, its a car themed place.
Apart from that...i know of nothing else around this place! Have fun out here!...or try to........
