Post Ford Service Experience Survey

has anyone else got this from ford? it'll be a good thing if they are able to identify ford dealers that drop the ball and those doing ford proud.

I got one last month from FORD after my FORD was serviced by Southside. I posted here.

a good thing for sure, i reckon it would be in Ford Australia`s interest to make a reward scheme for those dealers that get consistent good praise from clients, after all these are the company's representing Ford that leave a lasting impression on the customer.

After my ute had it's 3000km service i got a call asking about my experience from both the dealer and ford themselves aswell as another few surveys directly after the purchase. Hopefully the information gained will be used to clean up the dealer network a bit.

I'd be interested to fill out one of these as I dropped wifes FG off for service this morning .. and while waiting for the courtesy bus to take me to work, I watched the apprentices racing the FG against a Territory out around the back. They don't even have the brains to wait until they are out of sight before abusing customers cars ..

Most manufacturers would do this.

Toyota does this for everyone one of its new vehicle purchases as well as service customers (bar big fleets.)

WTF they should be sacked!!

We bought a new Focus Zetec in Feb 2007. The Ford service experience was a disgrace. Will never buy or have another Ford serviced at Bryan Byrt in Brisbane. We used to get the phone calls after any warranty or service work was done on the car asking about the experience you could ***** all you liked but there was never any satisfaction

I hope to Christ you informed the dealer principal of your observations...

I got at rattle fixed at Metro Ford last week with the odometer on 1500 and the next day I got a SMS to rate their service.

They were great and I didn't even buy the car from them.

I'll do it AFTER I pickup the car ..
It's sad that you dread taking your car in for a service for fear of what they will break.
I deliberately scheduled this service AFTER wife took it away for 1000km trip last weekend .. I didn't want it serviced before that for fear of her stuck somewhere with something broken/missing/etc from the service.

Should have done it then and there. Now it will be a "not me" situation....

If I get it back and it's not worse than I left it I'm usually very happy ..
