Who was at fault, the seller by the sounds!
He should cop the postage to return and re-send if you ask me.

I'm currently trying to sort out a similar issue.. I bought a Sony Memory Stick Pro DUO, from hong kong, received a MS Pro (non DUO, so doesn't fit in the camera!)..

Now he says I have to pay to mail it back to him and he'll mail out the right one.. puts me out of pocket by more than the saving I made originally.

I'll probably do it, but will definitely be leaving negative or neutral feedback saying that I ended up paying more than it was worth due to a SELLER mistake.

i know its bull.... they mix it up, then want you to pay and send it back, risk losing or having it damaged, then more bull.... all to fix their mistake

if you like the game and you didnt pay more than its worth keep it...

If the seller wants the game back tell him you will only send it back to him after you receive the game you purchased.

Why should the sellers hold all the cards in this crazy eBay game.........

The seller stuffed up so the seller should fix it.

And the seller should pay the postage.
