Bit of puntuation would have made it easier to read!

Months ago I noticed the poor panel fit on a number of them that various friends (and a neighbour) own. They're all "early" delivery ones though - they got them in the first couple of allocations. Dealers had to fix up poorly lined up bonnets, but other panels are just as bad and weren't fixed.

I've only looked at one recent one up close (delivered about a month back) and it's much better - so I was of the assumption that they'd sorted them out. This one you saw at Supercheap - if it's a recent delivery - doesn't bode well for consistent quality.

If Ford AU let vehicles out of Broadmeadows with the same poor finish, they'd be crucified in the media.

My mate who works at a Ford dealer has had to do all sorts of tightening/fixing/adjusting to the few mustangs that have come through the door. Apparently one of them didn't have the heater box behind the dash bolted in and it was just sitting there waiting to fall out!
Always been against very early production run cars - even the best factories need to iron out kinks!

And your point is...

A thread has already been created discussing issues with the new Mustang:

What's with the punctuation criticism?

What's with the 'And your point is....'?

Why are people so unkind?

Punctuation is what differentiates a rambling wall of text from something able to convey an idea or thought.

It isn't a matter of kindness or other forms of empathy, a thread on the matter already exists. There is no requirement for a redundant thread.

The forum members and admin try to maintain a standard of the English language so that everyone has a chance to understand the OP's message and point of their post. This is not FB. If the OP continues to be involved here it may even improve his writing skills and therefore his communication skills which means a lot in the real world.

They are not being unkind. Rather, they are trying to help!

The yanks wanted Falcon dead so they can give us their evidently quality mustangs instead of taking on an import.

Sloppy assembly quality gets sloppily assembled commentary. Seems fitting.

I'd put good money on it that the OP isn't any older than about 23. Seems to be the way with the younger ones when they talk, text. Not much sense, no punctuation, these are the ones that will work on your car, break it because they know everything and can't be told and then turn around and blame you somehow.

Propper grammar is the difference between 'helping your uncle jack off a horse' and 'helping your Uncle Jack off a horse'.
