They should just give them to the top 3 workers IMO. It's still a good thing regardless.

It seems Ford oz has tried hard to look after it workers while shutting down , well done ford OZ , and good luck to these people .

Well that is a point , on the other hand , as an employer , you may just want to do right by loyal employees losing their jobs .

Let's not turn every thread about the closure upside down. Find me a manager in FoA who is enjoying this and I'll change my tune. Find me a manager who wanted this. Same.
