Default Macau entrepreneur Stephen Hung has just ordered 30 Rolls Royces.

"Macau entrepreneur Stephen Hung has just ordered 30 of them.

The British luxury brand announced today that Hung's order is the largest ever made for the company's super-exclusive vehicles.

Hung will use the fleet of extended wheelbase (EWB) Phantoms to transfer guests at his Louis XIII hotel in Macau when it opens in 2016.

In Australia, the EWB Phantoms start at $990,000 - but Hung hasn't ordered a fleet of run-of-the-mill Rollers. He has opted for Rolls-Royce Bespoke models, custom designed and made vehicles that add to the exclusivity and price.

Each one will be finished in Hung's chosen red but two of them will also get gold-plated finishes inside and out for the most pampered hotel guests.

"Macau is rapidly evolving into the luxury capital of the world and we are honoured to have the opportunity to add to Macau's many distinctions, the world's largest fleet of Rolls-Royce Phantoms, including the two most luxurious vehicles Rolls-Royce has ever built. Louis XIII and Rolls-Royce Motor Cars share the same philosophy: to deliver the perfect experience to the world's most discerning customers," Hung said.

To ensure the world's most expensive fleet of hotel runabouts stay in good condition, Rolls-Royce has helped with the design of the hotel driveways and parking, and will also train the chauffeurs.

"We at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars are delighted and honoured that Mr. Hung has commissioned Rolls-Royce to provide the largest single order of Phantoms in history," said Torsten Mueller-Oetvoes, Rolls-Royce CEO.

"The Louis XIII fleet of Phantoms promises to be one of most impressive sights ever seen in Macau when they arrive at the Louis XIII hotel in 2016. Mr Hung's commission reaffirms Phantom's pinnacle position as the motor car of choice for those seeking to experience the finest luxury the world has to offer."

Although Hung's order of 30 $1million cars seems extravagant, in August a classic car collector paid more than $40m for a single Ferrari.

Hung still has a way to go to eclipse the largest private collections of Rolls-Royce vehicles which, according to Guinness World Records, is held by the Sultan of Brunei with around 500 models.

It is also short on infamous Indian cult leader, Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh, who alledgedly amassed a fleet of 93 Rolls-Royces in the 1980's."

Well it would be good if they made sure the corners matched the turning radius of the car, unlike some places where you struggle in a Falcon. They are 6m+ long cars and scratching them would get expensive.
