About the same here in NZ, I downloaded the first couple of episodes but stopped because its a great show to talk about socially, so if I know what happens it won't be as good.

yeah exactly, hence why im not reading any of the posts in this thread that even have an inkling of telling whats going on in the first couple of episodes of season 2.

Is Charlie using again? Does he plan on it? Why would Eko give him another Virgin Mary Statue filled with heroin? If Locke is right and everyone is "bought" to the island for a reason, then Mr. Eko's would have to be to say goodbye to his brother, maybe Charlies is to kick his habit...

I watched the first few episodes of lost until i realised that i could watch every 3rd or 4th episode and still keep up with the plot no worries.

It's not a bad show.....just a little slow moving at times.

It leads to a cosy, underground 'house' containing an Irishman who spends each day listening to barbra streisand music, which he also uses to startle guests. He also works out and injects himself with something, most likely some form of stimulant, to start the day. He has in his posession some futuristic washing machines and a room full of weapons: shotguns, assault rifles and sniper rifles. Believe it or not, there is actually a door to the undergound house, located probably no more than 25m away which no one has managed to find yet (well, not before the go down the hatch anyway).

Eko is the Big Nigerian dude from the other side, If you havent seen any of season 2, you wouldnt have met the other crash survivors, Mr Eko, Ana Lucia (Michelle Rodriguez), Bernard (Rose's husband) and Libby (Some Nurse) - 23 survived all up, but only them 4 made it to the main characters camp (episode 7 shows the other survivors story).

Walt still isnt found, Michael (his dad) has communicated with him on the computer in the hatch (at least he thinks he has, he might be imagining it all yet). We have had glimpses of the others, they look like a native tribe on the island, but Walt was taken when Michael, Jin and Sawyer set off on their raft by some men in a (fishing?) boat...

No answers on that one yet.
