As for old school stock engine bays, i love the 265 E49 spec hemi you posted mcnews. i also like the Buick skylark stage 1 GS engine bay, 455 of pure goodness. Here it is

Ive always liked the engine of the VL and VN group A's, as they look very similar to the ones actually being raced.

For Aussie Ford;'s i like the green rocker cover of the dedicated LPG's

Best looking engines are the European SuperCars, Ferrari, Maserati etc

The problem is that most engine bays are all covered by plastic covers, you dont really see anything anymore

The Nissan V8 has to be noted as the wierdest looking thing...that manifold makes it look like a East-west engine lol
