How to explain,
well, first off, the question must be stated a little more clearly!
Is it, how the ********** did that dumb cop get stranded all the way out there? Were that the case the answer is embedded in the question.
Were you to ask the more pertinent question, what the ********** does that dude think he is doing giving an assist to a cop?
Well my friend, that is a mystery,
any one got any ideas?
