I guess it was my mind playing up on me, but hey I sleep walk sometimes remembering it the next morning.

things moving about that i no one had touched, terrifying dreams where i still cant decide if i was awake or not. Feelings of being suffocated, intense coldness. Seeing people watching over me...

At my friends house (she had told me a while ago her house was haunted by a little girl) i was watching telly in her room by myself as she was getting something to eat. I had completely blanked out, i was really into this movie. When she came back she yelled. And she points at her dresser, every drawer and door was open, clothes spilling out everywhere. I freaked out... i thought they werent like that before?? She reached the key off the top of the dresser and said, this is the only way you can open these drawers. And they were all closed when i left the room!

That happened about 2 years ago.

Anyway i talked to alot of people and what i found is that when you feel scared or like your being watched or in the presence of something you have to tell them to go away. Pretend its not real and it should go away.

If your house is haunted well you cant really do much about that, except move. stuff that.....

Hey Cindy. You are 100% right about seances. I feel for ya mate. I used to be terrified of that sort of stuff and had some REALLY scary things happen to me, a couple of mates and one of my daughters.

I searched for years and years and then I found out what it was about.

One incident terrified me and a mate so much that I actually wrote a word doc on it and sent it to all and sundry for an answer. He was no fool, owning a huge Video Ezy store and I had a couple myself. It is on my hard drive somewhere if you want it.

It wasn't until I read a book by a bloke called Gary Bates called "Alien Intrusion" that I found the answers. I am now at peace in my life and lead a really joyful happy life. Its a great book. BTW he's an Aussie living in the USA and you may have seen him interviewed on Oprah.

Do yourself a favour. Get the book and READ it.

BTW Anyone interested in a track day at Wakefield in September?

i watched that . and it is the biggest crock of shiyte i think i have ever seen . why do they have to have the lights off walking around at night with a vcr , to film a ghost . and why did the demon only go to the kitchen pantry in the middle of the night , when people are in their bedrooms .
i'd say the demon was a 3 am ****pot, coming back from the pub , went to the pantry and couldnt find something readily edable so got the willies and shook the table . cant blame him really.and why would he be breathing heavily you dont need to when your dead. as for the girl in the mirror, ( very good editing) i notice there is no videos of the girl going to live at grandmas house afterwards .
