Every time i watch an episode of this, i cant help but think what a second rate show it is compared to Top Gear.

Even in the middle of a series they go and do things like build a roadway (very boring episode with some rather average slapstick humour to boot). That's all well and good but I don't really care how they build a road, I just want to see more car reviews!! A few other examples are their recent trip to the North Pole (yes I know this was a fill in till the new season comes back), the trip they had to America (while funny they didn't review any new cars : ) and building outrageous limos out of cars that weren't designed for it. They are lucky to review one decent car an episode now!! Hopefully they'll have a rethink for the next season and bring back the OLD Top Gear and have proper car reviews in it! |

The Stig is in the same class as Tiff only younger TG will eventually have the veyron on there track or they will borrow one from a owner as they did with the drummer from Pink Floyd (NIck Mason) with his Enzo |

All you ever see on 5th gear is them power sliding the cars to death around the track over and over. So much in fact it defeats the entire purpose of trying to review the car and makes you wonder if they have half a brain in their head. If I was Porsche, Mercedes or Subaru and I just spent millions ensuring my cars DIDNT slide around corners but took them at light speed, I would be seriously annoyed with lending it to 5th gear for a review who do nothing but try and slide them around the track with big dumb *** grins on their face as if they think they are seriously reviewing a car. Memo to Tiff - WRX STi are not designed to slide you idiot!

I used to love fifth gear. Prefered it over Top Gear substantially. Well that was until they got that new idiot who is supposed to be funny but is far from it. Have not watched it since.
Its all good though cos now I have started watching Top Gear more often and love it! |

I like Top Gear and Fifth Gear, but for different reasons.
Top Gear is funnier and more light hearted, with funny people as presenters, Fifth Gear is more of a serious motoring show, with better car reviews and (mostly) race drivers as presenters. I look forward to seeing season 12. |

Tiff was driving in the times of the original GT40 late 60's and I'm only assuming that Stig was probably born about then |
