Default Mustang/Eseries rims?

hey all,
just wondering if neone knows if i can use 2002 cobra wheels on an e series?
he says their a 27mm offset.
i got noidea what the e-series offset is, and also if the stud patterns different?
i'm doubtful, but thought its werth a shot...

E-Series rims are a +6 offset and a PDC of 5x114.3

They will fit but they will sit in the gaurds too much, about 2cm's in, the rears you wont have a problem with but the fronts may scrape the uprights, contol arms or inner gaurds

There is alot off 5x114.3 Alloys with a 0 offest available in the USA but then you will have to pay for postage which is the killer.
