I'M SEARCHING FOR A SONG ? can someone help?

i'm on youtube and just realised, i can search for tracks and listen to them , so far i've listened to enya, rose tattoo ( i wish), angry anderson ( suddenly) , pink floyd ( young lust) these are some of my favourites which i havent heard for ages .

there is one i dont know the name or artist of though and have been trying to hear it and search various sites on GOOGLE etc , WITH NO LUCK

I'M SURE MANY HERE WILL KNOW IT .

THE WORDS ARE : ( winter in america is cold, and i just keep growing older .............................. wishing that i knew enough of love, to leave love enough alone. )
thats all i know . anyone know this song title and artist PLEASE???????????

The song your after is called:

Winter in America - Rene Froger

Hint: When your after the name of a song simply type into google some of the words you know, followed by "song lyrics". For example, use the search query:

"winter in america is cold and i just keep growing older song lyrics"

and the first and second results are the lyrics for Rene Froger's Winter in America.

I haven't been able to find the song on youtube.

i'm not exactly fast with computor technology, and have only just realised the usefullness an Ipod would have . ??

It looks like a pretty rare song mate, I haven't been able to find it anywhere for free. It is on Itunes though, on sale for $1.69.

www.itunes.com.au > Download the program and you can pay via credit card.

If you end up buying an ipod, itunes will come with it as it's the software used to run it. (Sorry if you know this already but you mentioned you weren't fast with the tech).

thanks alstar5, mate i didn't know that at all. in fact i've already learnt a lot in this thread already cheers . i found a close cover on youtube by the robertson brothers , but it isn't as good as the genuine one .
