Yarrrr, this guy made an Invention that apparently has the potential to be dominate in ending Green House Gas's ... I wonder if it'll work. If the government doesn't bite on to it, it probably would be that they would be loosing some of their $stash$ down the line somewhere, and they'll not allow this to happen !

Just saw this on our local news "Burrangong Meat Works , (Young) has just been granted permission to harness Methane gas from their effluent to power an electricity plant , it will supply 50% of their electricity needs and is environmentally friendly . The plant should be up and running by the end of August ".
Our local Golf Course is already being watered by recycled water from the near-by sewerage treatment works . Just because we're "out in the sticks" doesn't mean we're behind the times . Maybe someone should look into Mr Hoopers invention , how many brilliant inventions have come out of Australia and ended up overseas . Where did the Airline Blackbox recorder come from ? Food for thought , some inventions are "whacky" but some also work , Norm

Lets face it, if it worked, his patent would have been purchased for a reasonable amount, and the design locked away forever, or they would be everywhere.
I think he is a crazy old man. |

Australia also invented Wireless... the CSIRO did, in fact... and should be quite rich considering companies have to pay royalties for using the technology. We Australian's have some clever people amongst us
