i have recently recieved a new lg kg800 mobile from optus.
the problem im having is that the phone supports MPEG, 3gp, and WMV video formats. but when i download them onto the phone .. they dont show up. only 3gp movies work. but MPEG and WMV dont show up ing_sm i'v added 11 music files and they worked straight off the bat. no problems there. i'v tried to encode them with different resolutions that the phone can handle and it still doesn't work. i'v tried googling it. : looked through the trouble shooting guide on the pc's software. i dont think anyone else has had this problem yet. any help would be much appriciated. |

Pop over to www.whirlpool.net.au and in the discussion forum, there's a section for Phones. You can have a look there and see if there's a solution, or post a new thread and ask somebody there. I'm sure you'll get some help.
