Can confirm.
As some will know, my BAII has the
ICC issue. We took the battery out a few days ago to easier do a PS pump replacement, and I was resigned to losing all the
ICC settings in the radio etc, and that's what happened.
The next day, mid30s, car out in the sun, all closed up, jump in to move it, and the
ICC lights up like it should. Curious, press a button - it lives! So, thanks to cooking in the sun for a day, I now have it reprogrammed with my stations, which I can control through the SWC when the
ICC inevitably goes out the next time I drive it.
I'm looking forward to getting a black friday deal on a new head unit for a complete
ICC replacement, fingers crossed.
