Those lifters are good, and pretty much what's in there from new, can go 1/2 mil k's trouble free.
These are slightly better and can be revved a bit harder, but not really needed - M-6500-R302H.
As someone else mentioned, it could also be a broken valve spring, and is actually more likely.
