I believe he was referring to the center of gravity being shifted to the rear of the car, making steering lighter in the front end, thus causing a safety issue, although my front end is significantly lower than the rear anyway thanks to that (insert VCT fuel sucking comment here with expletives).
I've seem my fair share of (albeit) commodore drivers with the **** end sitting lower than your grandmothers panties at a swingers bingo night

, but analogies aside, surely that cannot be safe.
