I dont think they're 225/60R18s unless your driving a 4WD. They would be 40 series rubber.

What sort of stuff do you want to do? Extractors are good for a few more kw, so is a CAI, or even just a snorkle change.

If you just want to keep it simple put on a Tickford snorkle and put in a K&N or BMC panel filter. You should notice a bit more drivibility although don't expect big power gains. Otherwise try a Bluepower or G&D aftermarket CAI, although I'm not sure what's available for AU 6s.
