Actually its was said to be a either wiring or
BEM problem. But they were unsure.
What would be required to fix the problem if it was a

Just a single key as I only have one at the moment and need a spare.
Was quoted over the phone at ~$90 per hour and it would be a half an hour job therefore making it around about half of that.
