In my line of work I have seen many of the "behind the scenes" of a lot of Brisbanes "TOP" food outlets and I wouldnt let a mongrel dog eat at most of them.

But the hotel first up offered them 5k and are now saying it's suspicious.

Of course it is, they wouldn't go away after being offered 5k so now the hotel has to try to make them look bad.

That's just wrong on so many levels. I'll agree with QLD-Bluey 100%, I've done work at "top" restaurants fitting touchscreen POS systems; no way in hell I'd eat at these places...
