Hi All,
Thinking of getting a used MA Mondeo TDCI Auto. Believe it’s got 17” alloys, is there any benefit in upgrading to 18 or 19 factory alloys if available, will it make the car less stable or same or better. Understand the Speedo will be out due to new rim size. Parts/accessories upgrade bits etc are getting hard to find due to age of the car. Hoping to get it next week, can’t wait to drive it. Been reading through the forum posts for the past week or so. Happy Motoring. Thanks |

It'll give a bit more of a sporty feel and no doubt choose a good design it'll look smart.
possible cons: Tyres cost more, *citation on cheapest of the cheap imports NVH is increased because of smaller and stiffer sidewall. speedo won't be out with 18" as they is an option from factory, just keep to the correct tyre spec's as per the tyre placard in the drivers doorjam.
