Just a little idea.
Seeing as the majority of users have noticed that there are a lot of threads being started in The Pub section which end up getting moved to their desired location. Falcon Coupe put a sticky up back in 2008 about users reading and checking the forum for the proper spot to post, would it be hard to make it so when posting something new, that you must read that sticky note before you can continue? Or would that be to annoying? Just thought that it might slow down the amount of new threads being created that eventually get moved. Just a thought Cheers, Chris.
