hi everyone i have a little idling prolblem the car runs fine but when you stop at a set of lights the motor wants to die then picks up again but a couple of times the motor died at the set of lights any help would be appreciated

clean the ISC.. take it off and give it a hit with some carby clean

ISC is bolted to the Throttle body. Undo the 2 screws holding it un, and unclip the electrical connector. Spray liberally with carby cleaner or WD40/RP7. Wipe out as much as you can with a cleanish cloth and then refit.
