Default Ford Telstar 1985 1.6cc ( clutch can not disengage)

hi, my car sitting for six month, during these time my car was in flood

drain oil from engine, it contain water

after put new oil, start engine is ok but clutch can not disengage, and can not enter any gear in it

how to solve these problems ?

You'll probably find that the gearbox it contain water too and given that is what the clutch is suspended in then the clutch plate is probably not too good. You can also check the return piston (I believe they were a hydraulic clutch) or cable if they were cable.
