Can someone tell me the how many cougars were sold in australia.

Yes and of that number there were only 100 Eibach models released by Ford Australia as FTE vehicles.

Just a normal one v6 black with sun roof. A bit rough around the edges. Not that is an issue because it is getting fully stripped and repainted. It does have a knock in the motor so rebiuld there aswell. We paid 1700 for it. Only got it 2 days ago.
i will put pics up later. We will be doing a full interior deck out and major motor mods. Ian

If you are planning a major renovation then suggest you contact this company for any parts you may need....
http://www.rockauto.com Rember that in the US they were sold as a Mercury Cougar. I use this company all the time and never have a problem. If you are going to fit an exhaust system I can help you with that as well.

Good luck with fitting all that into the engine bay of a Cougar.
Suggest you join here http://www.newcougar.org/ as there is a lot of information on here about forced induction. A lot of people have have gone down that route as in the USA and Europe Ford release a 4 cylinder version. Let us know how you get on.
