The reason it is being stopped is becuase, we are going to race at three different tracks. That way it keeps the comp fresh, and may allow people to be strong at other tracks rather than the current race.

Last time i play it was Tsukuba doing the 4hr Roadster race with a decently modded MX5 ... can't remember the lap times I was running ... can't say I put and F6 or GT arouns it yet though.

i'm a big gt fan (finished 1 100% 2 99.88% 3 only 69% and just started gt4 but i don't have a clue about Tsukuba. i don't even know if i have raced on it yet so it should be a good challenge! i'm off to see what it is like.

how the hell did this track get more votes then grand valley?
i just done a few laps and only had to brake 4 times! there is no real set up needed to get around this track in half decent time. there is no S-bends, directional change under brakes, weight shifting, bumps/riple strip, real racing line and so on. now i'm not saying that i will be the bees knees at this track but all you have to deal with is 1 high speed corner, 1 90 degree right, 2 semi open hair pins and a close hair pin. but i suppose it is pretty easy and some ppl must like it because of that. i'll have a good crack at it and probably be way off the pace. pete j |

But i suck at it. Superroo - please let me know if you want video proof of my seatle time i posted a screen shot prev but video proof can be had.
i will post tsukuba times when it gets more competetive (later in the week). i agree with the sharing setup thing i have nothing to hide and you have to change it for every circuit anyway so at the end of the round a setup you used for that track would be a good idea. id happily share mine anyway

Nice work eed-250 ... I need to sort out the handling on the F6 ... the GT seems to handle a hell of a lot better ... and I found out the less peakier GT with the supercharger installed seemed to be a much better vehicle around Tsukuba as well. Plus it does pull up too well either ... LOL ... holds revs too instead of dropping back through some corners (a real PITA sometimes).

 OK ... just to show how crap my GT driving is ... I gave Seattle a quick go before I came to work (MOD class only) ... and managed 1:27s with the F6 and 1:28s with the GT. I need more practice ... has been a while since I have played though (look at my above pic of the Tsukuba board ... January was the last time I played GT4) But i am on night shift for the next few days ... so I might have another go tomorrow if I am awake after my shift.

the trick is, smooth exits.. instead of holding the controller full lock as your exiting a corner, tap it and you will find it accelerates much quicker!

Yeah I tap it slightly when turning and exiting ... if i sort the analogue controller out ... and hopefully get rid of the over-revving ... I won't be going through corners too hot and overrunning them ... even when braking extra to compensate (I think that's what is thte main cause of my crap times though).
