Yeah but the rough side has better... err, adhesion qualities

There could be a good sideline opportunity here for an enterprising fella with a pressure washer

Win win really...blast a “crack and sack” clean when they are alive and crapping and then spray out the mess if it doesn’t work out too well.

Probably get better return on bottles and cans but could be worth collecting a few I guess

It is great to see the F**k You attitude is alive and well in Australia.
People taking more than they need. Stuff everybody else as long as I am OK attitude.
Parasites of society.
If there was to be a shortage, the people who helped with the bushfires ect should get 1st allocations. People who actually contributed to the country in times of need.

I was thinking more the bloke dragging the pressure washer would blast the 80 grit so it could terrorise for another few days. The return and earn would be complicated. It would have to go off the amount of poo tickets and also plys. Surely 3 ply would be worth more then 2 ply, but deffinately not 10c per metre. Ive always questioned the ethics behind recycled toilet paper. Surely its riddled with tuburculosis and chlamydia. Yes im not being serious

Heard on the news (ABC, so should be somewhat reputable) that India has now either restricted or stopped exportation of generic pharmaceuticals as a result of the sudden increase of COVID-19 cases overnight.

They also stated that India is the worlds largest source of generic pharmaceuticals, including paracetamol.

My prediction, Panadol will be the next item to be the target of panic buying.

Getting very close to 100,000 cases now.

Italy closed all education facilities for 10 days.

Nursing home workers refuse to return after a resident dies if corona.

This is really not looking good.

It's in Macquarie Park now ... just down the road from work.
I think I should self-isolate and work from home for the next 2-3 months.

ScoMo just announced further travel restrictions from affected countries... China, Iran already banned... Korea added.
Italy will now face “intense screening” (if it was AFTER Melb F1, I bet Italy would be on exclusion list too?)

Now, from listening to all reports, I was expecting to find one of two things, either the shelves empty or a frenzy that could only be rivalled by the old boxing day sales, well, I couldn't be any further from the truth, what I found could best be described as what you'd see around a drug peddler on the street with people slowly shuffling around looking over their shoulders and whispering to one another about how much to grab and how to get it out.
I was like WTF, its toilet paper and if you're that worried that people think you're a freak for stockpiling it, chances are, you are.

So im standing in the checkout isle and two little Asian ladies are in front of me, they look spent and have their trolleys piled up with their 4 packets of toilet paper rations and the rest of Handy Ultra bloody kitchen towel and I got to thinking, they've probably been to every supermarket within a 50 mile radius and have now resigned themselves to substituting kitchen towel for toilet paper and it made me think, don't worry about Panadol, prescription medication or antivirals, what you're gonna need is liberal amounts of Aloe vera for your red raw **** cheeks.

So I turn to my Son and say in front of half a dozen people, if and when I contract Corona Virus and it becomes so bad that im ****ting through the eye of a needle and therefore would require a stockpile of toilet paper im just going to stand up from the toilet bowl, **** cheeks covered in waste product and run myself a shower.
I remember the Paper in the school dunny's in the 1960's 70's good stuff and last well. it was not soft but shinny and thin sheets.

I seen that the Asians use a stick or a twig out in the country and in the city you get given only one sheet in fact. but if you are real flash place you get a water bum washer, one of my brothers mates first come across such a thing and he came in running about that he was just that impressed that when he came back to Aus he got one installed in his home directly.

I’m tempted to advertise loo paper in the non-Ford section of the For Sale here. Just unsure whether to price by the pack, the roll, the sheet or meterage.

Just observe universal precautions. No hugging, no shaking hands (tough for Aussies yeah), cough or sneeze into a tissue or handkerchief (I don't like the elbow bit) and importantly WASH your HANDS with soap for at least 20 seconds. I'm amazed how many grubs leave the toilet without washing.
