Smile Re: Just a Survey: How many Kilometers Your Focus has Done?

2006 LS LX petrol Automatic
Purchased March '23 141000km with
unbelievable vibrations, but I suppose you all know
about them! Replaced all three engine mounts.
Replaced LH Driveshaft. Neat trick being able to buy
original Oil Seal but then Ford not selling special Tool
to fit it... made my own out of a hole-saw blade. grrr!

Body type? Sedan

Today is 16 years since we picked up the car brand new from the dealer.

Cannot wait to ditch the Focus. It will be replaced by a hybrid Toyota Corolla.

Just an update on my Focus. The car is still running pretty well! Fuel efficiency is still at 5.7L/100km. I've been putting Lucas Oil additive on every full tank.

Just read about the new 'New Vehicle Efficiency Standard' thing today. Being in curious mind, I've visited Ford UK website and found out that they are still selling the Focus! All of their variants are using Hybrid though. Our diesel Focus is more economical, if not the same. Fuel efficiency on their Hybrid is slightly higher with combined figure at 5.8L/100km.

Cheers,
RadioactiveX

I don't think I've done one of these for the SA yet.
-----------------------------
What year it is? 2020
What Variant/badge? ST-Line Wagon
What series? SA
What transmission? 8-speed auto
and of course, how many km's did it run?
Bought with 20,772 km
Now at 48,205 km
-----------------------------
My old Focus LW is still registered which is pretty good, wonder how many kms that's clocked up now?
