also what the haters dont seems to understand is this:

chaser crew never broke into anything, they were "allowed" in,that doesnt make it right but they even had on their ID's etc that it was all fake etc
yet they were allowed in,make ya wonder how safe we really are.

Canberra doesn't have the infrastructure, nor the number of $5000.00 per night hotels that Sydney does... Also I forgot, we pay for these schlapas too...

The very 1st APEC was already held in Canberra....guess they wanted to hold in in different cities. All the countries that have hosted APEC twice have held it in different venues.

I was in CBD yesturday afternoon. Full of girls in pink everywhere... Swamped with them...

Four Seasons Hotel and Intercontinental... Security was so shocking, I could of waltzed in there with a few sticks strapped on, and some nails, ball bearings (all the good bits) and let rip...
It is a joke, I honestly don't know why we bothered with any form of security..

All the barriers were up for lockdown, but damage could of being done yesturday...

It's a pity someone didn't, not every chance get to wipe out the political scum of the earth and level the CBD (Sydney CBD worlds worst CBD)!!!!

However, above all, how Bush will survive a few days wihtout daddy is beyond me.. You never know, maybe he was stuffed into a suitcase???

We pay for the security and the venues yes, but that is expected from being the hosts. When our PM goes to attend APEC in another country, the host country would be footing the bill for the same things. Also, the member countries foot the bill for their delegates and staff, not us.

Yes but i detest to paying to house scum! All these leaders over the last 8 years have amounted to nothing more positive than many man hours of analysis as to where society went wrong in electing these idiots..

Tell me, what good have they done to deserve us paying for their holiday???

I don't see anything wrong with what the chaser did.
Better they get through than a suicide bomber, and hopefully the security guys will be more cautious now.

I would rather the suicide bomber... You see, he amounts to something, has a cause and will do many good for many countries...

Chaser boys, they are fit for being handed the soap in the remand centre....

Nah, I was referring to the one that's been all over the news.

I can understand peoples opinions who believe that what they did was stupid, but looking at their security passes, it is rediculous that they got as far as they did. I am sure that they planned on getting stopped before they did.

Joint effort between him and daddy. You see Daddy backs sonny boy bush all the way... It's a family effort...

Going on your comments a suicide bomber to wipe out the idiot protesters that think fixing global warming will bring peace to the world and make iraq happy and well all live happilly ever after is more than welcome imho.
Yer good one tree hugger chain yourself to a pole so someone can throw a stick of dynamite at your feet.

I dont know what everyone is getting worked up about......

It was funny and a big risk at the same time. Nobody ever takes risks unless they get something out of it..... Correct not everone will find it funny but different people take risks for different reasons.
I am sure some people out there would think drag racing is a risk but for people who do enjoy drag racing they do it cause they enjoy it, but also understand the risks involved....... (note this is just an example)

and for politics...... there is never going to be anyone in control of anything who are supported by 100% of the population and they wouldnt be there unless the majority wanted them there in the first place!

Just my 2 cents
