Currenltly have 2 AMD 1ghz thunderbirds, a celeron and a laptop.
On friday am picking this sucker up. AMD 64 3500+ ASUS A8N-SLI Deluxe 2 X SEAGATE SATA 200GB 2 X 128mb Nvidia 6600GT SLi 2 X 512M PC3200 DDR400 Pioneer oem 108 Black Dual Layer 16xDVD RW Can't wait either the power to play games again.

Retired front rower not very smart but can lift heavy things!
Got no idea what my computers insides are but i bought 12 months ago for $2500 with a printer. Sorry but struggle to get my head around it all when something goes with it.

Mine must be the oldest here... P3/600!
5 yrs and still going strong... the cpu fan needs replacment but I cant find one. Its the last of the 1slot cpu's first of the 133bus, I can get a 1slot fan but it wont handle a 600/133 only the normal 600/100. But really who cares its only a internut puter... |

AMD Sempron 2200+ 1.5GHz SktA, 256k L2 cache Abit NF7 m/b, nForce 2 SktA 768MB PC2700 DDR DRAM Maxtor 80GB ATA133 HDD "DiamondMax Plus9" No CD-ROM or DVD-ROM drives (they both died.... grr) NEC 1.44 MB Floppy Drive Powercolor 256MB ATi Radeon 9600LE AGP 8x On-board 6 ch nVidia sound Creative Cambridge FPS1000 4.1 speakers running as 2.1 (won't recognise two of the speakers for some reason) LG Flatron 775FT 17" monitor Custom build mid-tower ATX case with seven 80mm LED case fans (5 intake, two exhaust) and a blue cold-cathode light Stock AMD CPU fan 300W ATX PSU Alcatel SpeedTouch 530 USB ADSL Modem On-board 10mbit LAN Microsoft IntelliMouse Explorer 2.0 USB (had it since 2001) Microsoft Windows 98 PS/2 Internet keyboard (had it since 2001) All running nicely on Windows XP Professional CE. 1GB Ram 200GB HDD In other words, stock standard, and before you say anything about this being weak compared to an iNtel or AMD, this is a PPC, and 64 Bit. PowerBook G4, single 1.33Ghz PowerPC G4 768Mb Ram 60GB HDD 6 Hour Battery Life Also completely stock. I only own one PC, and that is a work Dell, of which, I have no idea of the specs, except that its a Latitude D600 with a ugly Intel Centrino Sticker on it.

Intel Celeron 1300 MHz 256 MB DDR RAM 30gb HDD CD-R/W + DVD ROM drive 14" TFT LCD 1024x768 And a completely f**ked battery. Runs Mandrake Linux 10.1 and it is the most stable PC I've ever owned. ("Designed for Windows XP" my ***)

ASUS P4PE Motherboard (Can't remember the chipset these run but limited to 4x AGP)
P4 2.8Ghz (@ 533mhz Bus) Nvidia 6600GT (@ 4x AGP) 1 GIG RAM (@ 433Mhz.. max my P4PE can do) 2 7200RPM Hard Drives.. both 120 gig.. Seagate and a Western Digital Samsung DVD Drive and a LG DVD Burner Wireless router for wireless broadband in my house As you probably guessed I play a LOT of games, although Chiefs computer flogs the crap out of mine Oh well .. I built it back in year 11 (now my 2nd year OUT of school) |

Though i had better add my 2cents worth...
Mine Desktop: P4 2.4ghz, 2gig Ram, 400g hdd, 9600XT Video, Pioneer 8x DVD-Burner, Dvico HDTV tuner, Audigy 2 Soundcard. Dvico Mpeg2, Analogue to Digital Conversion Box...! Wifes Laptop: Centrino 1.6, 1gig Ram 80gig Hdd, Radeon 9000 Video, Bluetooth chip, Wireless net etc etc... 1.3kg. The "Download Mule": P3-800, 512mb of Ram, 80gig Hdd, Mx440se Video, hasnt been turned off in 3 months... apart from moving room/blackouts!! With Sloptass cable running through a router.... Downstairs, enough parts to make another 3 Pc's.... but cant be bothered putting them together |
