same argument everytime when it's concerning S.A. And I agree, give us a strip and so on, and hoons will leave the streets. Probably but, and no one seems to have noted this, we will all rush to the strip "YIPPEE" but how often can we all afford it? Will everyone want to drive the inevitable distance to the strip? Hooning, much like drugs and graffiti is something diminishable only, you would be pushing ish uphill to think you can stop it entirely... Which is a truly sad notion because it will mean the real enthusiasts will still be labelled hoons, no matter what we do.

Ofcourse opening up a strip in SA won't make hoons disappear. But atleast the responsible ones will have somewhere to go. I think it might cut the road toll a bit too.

With the club i'm involved in, the only thing that may occur is a random cup cake may be thrown in anger or someone gets a nasty flick from a crochet rug ...... but thats behind closed doors ............ never in public!
