Pedace - That is where my grandfather was originally from.

They then moved to Bruzio...Sorry. I wasn't born there. I was born in Aus!

I went to school with a kid name Cane Salsiccia. He never knew why we picked on him until we told him that his name could be translated to "dog sausage".

Now because I was brought up anglo/italiano(majority italian) it was easy to see a connection between "dog sausage" and "dog d**k". lol.

Well Happy Easter everyone....

Wife is making fresh gnocci in the morning....mmmmmm and some popetti in sauce then chicken coteletti's..... oh yeah !!!

Bad luck Colleen about the vino. I remember years ago I helped my dad fill his bottles as he bought a couple of drums of wine from Griffith. One hose for the bottle... one hose for me. Boy did we get smashed.

Being Sicilian, I'm embrassed to say "I don't know!". I haven't spoken the lingo for many years (but can still throw a knife ), but I believe the above comes pretty close to being about right reguardless of where you are in Italy, people will understand your meaning. Cheers
