Ok Steffo heres one for you. My brother has an IQ of 140 i think which is pretty high. He is the biggest ******** I know. Hes forever in trouble with the law, a druggo and basically a skid mark on the underpants of society.

Whereas I might have an below average to average IQ and yet ive still done waaaay better than him in life, actually bloody excellent. Blows your theory right out the window.

IQ doesnt determine who is a criminal and who isnt nor whos more likely to become one.

Once again the only person/'s here to blame is our every failing justice system, do not for one minute blame the mentally imparred when our goverment is clossing down the system that keep's them out of harm's way and putting them back onto our street's, just like people that are mentally disturbed the system is failing them, give it a few yr's and he will be back out roaming our street's again on a good behaviour bond, the JUSTICE SYSTEM is to blame.

That's one of the most horrible things I've read.

How many times has the perpetrator been before court? How many slaps on the wrist and let offs has he had? Is he mentally ill? So many innocent people have come to harm at the hands of such people.

This bloke obviously places no value on human life.

The dictionary is one thing. If you seriously believe people who choose to rape, murder, steal mindlessley.. etc are in any way intelligent, I pity you in great amounts. Choosing to do these things effectively cancels out any shred of intelligence as they are immensley stupid, and in alot of cases sick and twisted things to do (such as the original topic of this thread, the poor boy that got killed by an ape who doesn't deserve to live).

Your 100% correct. Just because your not to bright or suffer a slight mental illness doesn't mean you should be locked up, but those that can't function normally in society should be. When they released all of these people from fulltime care alot were released into housing near a mate of mine in Brisbane, you wouldn't believe half of the stories of what happened next. Some people just can't (as opposed to won't) function in society and should be in full time care.
