Current Projects 97 EL V8 wagon - cool cruiser, or street bruiser?  CLICKY 93 XG panel van - at your door in 60 secs, or the first hr is FREE........ yep, that's the goal.  95 XG ute - awaiting a head gasket...... grrrrr. 74 XB GS pano..... factory optioned with all the good stuff..... not much there now.  ........long term resto.XB Coupe and Van TV Ad you know........ there's a little bit of Bathurst in every Ford Falcon.... think about it

The article by Ian Porter outlines exactly what needs to be done. Certainly a reference I'll be forwarding on to pollies.
The saddest part about this current situation is most people care more about their own consumer interest rather than the national interest. |

While not exactly related to free trade here is another example of what they call the OECD at a meeting in France has advised our GOVCO to increase the amount of GST we pay because it would be better for us.
What I think is GTFO and let Australians run Australia you guys have done such a great job of running europe.... Greece, Italy, Cyprus come immediately to mind  http://finance.ninemsn.com.au/newsbu...-hike-gst-oecd

Free Trade has become a religion to some people. They do not understand that the goal isnt free trade....the goal is to WIN trade. To win whatever is best for Australia.
Does anyone think Toyota and GM, or Samsung and Apple want free trade?! NO, those companies are fiercely in competition against each other. |
