Depends on the forum. I like to see a bit of mixing it up. As soon as a thread gets interesting on here, it's gone. 'It is what it is'.

I'd say 99% of members here are above 18, with most members probably being 25-35. We can deal with a bit of slang here and there.

This isn't the type of forum a 14 year old would have any interest in, unless they were a real enthusiast. Even then, they've got pretty much nothing in common with anyone here.

Its there for a reason... bad luck! : : : :

+1, there are kids sometimes using this computer and they do like reading aff. If people want to swear they can take it elsewhere as I agree wholeheartedly, "refreshing" is the appropriate word. Keep it that way! There's enough insanity on the net as it is so if people don't like it here, be gone!

Question Shut down??? How?

Gone thru the thread, trying to figure out how/if at all ,this could ever happen here on the AFF! Hard to imagine the circumstances.

Is this only possible because of a small membership base?/ small Moderater base?,getting sick of rowdy members or what.

Or had it just run it's corse?.

Rich

The swear filter on Wheelsmag.com.au is funny, if you write Dick Johnson, it would end up "**** Johnson" or if you write chassis, it would be "ch***is"
