Dealers get paid by ford for warranty or recall work, so to them its extra money if there are any recalls... Nothing to do with being proactive!

Sometimes I feel sorry for dealers that actually do the rite thing. Based on this comment they are damned if they do and damned if they dont.

And from where I am sitting is was proactive. I dont have to take the car back to have the work done!!!! And good on them for getting paid for doing work on a customers car.... sheeesh
