Sorry to go off the topic. But Bodat, you have to answer me this question. I was recently hit, wit the left side of my car beign destroyed from the start of the front door. Now insurance is telling me that because the road is unmarked, that it is my fault and i should have slammed on my breaks at 60km/h so she could turn into a parking spot from the left hand side, even though i was infront when she turned into me.

The question is, did you create this crappy rule? If you did, could you please change it? I have had enough of threatening letters for something which is not my fault.

My job changes from "Administration Assistant" to "Administration and Quality Control Manager" in 12 days. Our Office manager resigned and they expect me to just cover everything she did plus my own job as well. That is 2 full time jobs!

However they will not pay me for any more than 38hrs a week despite the fact that it will take at least 50hrs full on without lunch breaks just to keep up, they wont revise my ASSISTANT pay rate until i've been doing both jobs for a whole month, and they also told me because i will be 'so busy' in the first month i wont be able to think of taking any days off work or getting sick because no-one knows how to do my job and cover me. Basically i'm going to be running the place, on a receptionist's wage. And in that first month i'll accumulate enough time in lieu from doing overtime that i could take a whole week off... but the problem is that i will not have time to take any time off, or leave, or any of the so called 'perks' that the full time position offers...

But hey... i can call myself an "Administration and Quality Control Manager" right?

:ticking:

As of the 5th of December my job will change!

Accepted a new position today as a business development manager, resigning from my current employer tomorrow. YAY!!!!

Even though I will have to hand back the company car and most importantly fuel card, the ease in stress and more flexibility will be worth far more than having to pay for petrol. Aaahhh, the price of being happy, $1.30 per litre!!
