That option was meant as a once off for those that hate polls with a passion, and having passion which is greater than not voting would therefore stir something inside to vote, which is in essence a real test of a persons will.
As the opposing force within would rumble up and force said individual to have conflicting yet uncontrollable emotion to go against ones self hatred of polls. The persons mind says one thing, his/her emotions say the opposite... what will they do. spending minute after minute battling to decide which is the greater force, do I become a Marta for the cause, and voice my distaste for polls forced into being a hypocrite, or should I not vote and be true to myself whilst my true hatred of anything poll related gets deeper and deeper.. oh the torment!!! its going to be very interesting...... and this is just for the sake of all humanity! for those naysayers, you are logically correct (technically it should remain @ 0.0%) but you perhaps greatly underestimate a person inner turmoil Time will tell.... In fact if you think about it, those that vote that way are the true voters, in so far as casting a vote on something which they would never do, just to prove how much they hate the concept of polls... I tip my hat at them for doing so... I LOVE THE AVATAR Think I'll keep it ;) (when I saw it I had tears out of my eyes from laughter) you got me by surprise on that.
