Everyone assumed it would be happening but here's confirmation. No big power hike to challenge Sprint, nothing for Cruze other than SVP. |

The rumoured GTS-R is where the excitement will be on the red side of the fence.

Ss with the ls3 is already a pretty decent bit of kit. It will be interesting to see what they do, Holden has never been shy about doing some crazy stuff

The SS only just got a power upgrade after many many years so no way I'd expect a large increase for the last one.
The GTS on the other hand missed out on power ups last round so I'd expect it to be either way north of what it is now or maybe some extra goodies and a decent increase. Either way I reckon it will make the current one look affordable. |

Holden won't show it's hand this early, they have already promised "more than a sticker pack" limited edition models.
Holden have also trademarked the names Bathurst and Panorama and I get the feeling they will release details in October this year - to coincide with Bathurst 2016. My guess is they will work out how to get extractors fitted to the LS3, maybe an intake upgrade, fiddle with the tune and stick a 350kw badge on it. |

More likely 340kw which was what the high output version of the HSV LS3 had which is already tested and also not outdoing recent HSV cars

Since they tested them in the wheels magazine on an independent dyno and the GTF made more power. HSV engineers than asked to be present and for there to be a retest. They did another retest with the FPV engineers also attending and the GTF Beat it again. The true "as tested" horsepower king is the GTF.
