Default Capri help please

Hi all
Just wondering if anyone on here can tell me their thoughts (or any issues even) on a 1994 SE Capri Barchetta?
I'm looking at buying one, she has some issues and not sure if they are easy enough to fix or nightmares. (I don't know much about these cars except I like it lol).

Issues: wheel bearings; strut top mounts; steering rack boot; X1 engine mount; CD player broken (would it be simple enough to put a different stereo in?

Any advice / info would be awesome
Thanks :-)

Default Re: Capri help please

Not much wrong with them really despite being labelled something of a lemon due to the early builds suffering from leaks mostly due to the material used.

Basically the mechanical bits are all Mazda so parts should be easy enough to obtain and yes yuo could have an aftermarket stereo fitted to replace the original although the original would be easy enough to find in a wrecking yard being Ford / Mazda (Laser / 323) standard fare for the era.

Cheers
Russ
