G'day
I don't really want to be pulling my door apart but can you help please. The external door handle became stiff and hard to lift. When you pull it hard it goes floppy like it's broken but when you use the interior one it again resets to a stiff feel. I'm guessing something's not lubricated or spring broken. Any ideas before I go digging?

The rods inside the door could be bent or not sitting properly. You'd be best pulling the door trim off to see what's going on.
